Receive Authorization
Once our team reviews your claim, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for your return shipment.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the unused product in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a replacement within 7-10 business days.
